ISKCON Bangalore established the India Heritage Foundation to promote Indian art, culture and heritage by supporting institutions engaged in their preservation and presentation. His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, Founder-Acharya of ISKCON, introduced the glorious Indian history and culture to the entire world by constructing more than a hundred temples and authoring 70 volumes of bhakti literature based on the Bhagavad Gita and Srimad Bhagavatam. Following in his footsteps, India Heritage Foundation has been working to educate children, youth and families about our timeless wisdom, philosophy and values.

India Heritage Foundation partnered with Reliance Big Animation and has co-produced the Little Krishna animation series. This 13-episode children’s classic is the result of seven years of extensive research by the devotees of ISKCON Bangalore led by Sri Madhu Pandit Dasa and Sri Chanchalapathi Dasa. An award-winning team has carefully crafted these episodes to present India’s spiritual culture, heritage and values in a contemporary and entertaining format. The pastimes (lilas) of Lord Krishna are depicted in the animated series in an engrossing manner, which has mesmerised people across the globe. Little Krishna has become very popular among children and adults alike due to its content, characters and presentation.
