Specialized courses in writing, creative writing, scriptwriting, or content creation.

Required Skills

  • We are seeking a candidate with creative thinking, strong storytelling skills, proficiency in content strategy development, ability to write engaging and audience-relevant copy, expertise in developing platform-specific content, a keen sense of brand voice, and the ability to ideate and execute compelling campaigns.
  • Fluent in both English/Hindi/Kannada, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages. Proficiency in grammar, vocabulary, and understanding of cultural nuances is essential.

Roles and Responsibilities.

  1. Scriptwriting: Write compelling scripts for videos, podcasts, commercials, or other multimedia content. This includes creating dialogue, defining characters, and setting the narrative flow.
  2. Strong writing skills are crucial for creating engaging and compelling content/scripts. The ability to write in a clear, concise, and creative manner while adapting to different content formats (blogs, articles, newsletters) is important.
  3. Editing and Proofreading: Review and revise content to ensure it is free from errors, is coherent, and aligns with the brand’s voice and style guide. Ensure all content, whether written or scripted, consistently reflects the brand’s voice, tone, and messaging.
  4. Ability to manage content requirements across multiple in-house intiatives, ensuring timely delivery of content as per editorial calendars and campaign schedules.
  5. Research Skills: Need to conduct thorough research to gather information, verify facts, and stay up-to-date with current trends. Strong research skills will enable you to produce accurate and reliable content.
  6. Avid Reader: As a writer, you will be expected to have a genuine passion for reading and a commitment to regular reading habits. By staying well-informed and up-to-date with diverse forms of literature, current events, industry trends, and relevant research, you will enrich your writing skills and bring fresh perspectives to your work.
  7. Contribute to the development of content strategies that align with the organisation’s objectives and target audience’s needs.
  8. Familiarity with the culture, customs, and traditions of English and Hindi-speaking regions is valuable. Understanding the target audience and tailoring the content to their preferences and interests is essential for effective communication.
  9. Time Management: Content writing often involves meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent time management skills help in staying organized and delivering content within the expected timeframes.
  10. Transcribe short videos from Srimad Bhagavatam Classes, extract the essential points, and condense the content for better relatability.
  11. Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the creative team, such as designers, video editors, and marketing professionals, to ensure that the written content aligns well with visual and marketing strategies. Maintain a well-organized folder structure on your device to enable quick and easy retrieval of files when needed.
