A Front Office Executive at an ISKCON Guest House acts as the first point of contact for devotees and visitors, blending professional hospitality with spiritual values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Relations: Warmly welcome guests, assist with check-in/check-out formalities, and maintain a peaceful, welcoming reception area.
  • Reservation Management: Handle room bookings, cancellations, and inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Information Provision: Guide guests on daily temple schedules, darshan timings, and ongoing spiritual programs.
  • Inter-departmental Coordination: Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are clean and prepared.
  • Administration: Manage guest records, billing, courier services, and basic data entry

Required Experience and Skills

  • Education: Minimum PUC/+2 or Graduate degree.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in front desk, hospitality, or customer service.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and local languages (such as Kannada for Bengaluru, or Hindi for Prayagraj/Vrindavan) is mandatory.
