To hire a senior resource for the World Food Movement social media team. The requirement is for a strong and experienced professional who can independently handle both content writing and social media marketing, while also managing and coordinating the graphic designers under them to ensure timely and high-quality output.

Purpose of the Role

As our social media initiatives are growing, we need a senior person who can take complete ownership of planning and executing content across platforms, improving consistency, quality, and performance, and ensuring smooth coordination within the creative team.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Content writing and messaging for social media (captions, post copy, campaign messaging, reels scripts, etc.)

Social media marketing and execution (content calendar, publishing, optimization, performance tracking)

Campaign planning and coordination for major events/initiatives

Managing graphic designers and ensuring design output aligns with brand tone and timelines

Ensuring content quality, brand consistency, and timely delivery across platforms

Regular reporting and insights for improvement and growth
