About the Job

The Admin Executive ensures smooth administrative operations for the Online Communications Team by managing assets, purchases, HR coordination, festival logistics, financial processes, IT support, team-building activities, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Purchase Coordination: Handle purchase requests, liaise with the Purchase department, track progress, and maintain the transaction records.
  • Managing Digital Assets and Physical Assets.
  • Maintaining the Inward and outward of assets Digital record.
  • Asset Management: Maintain and audit departmental assets; manage registration, transfers, and disposal.
  • Preparing the stock and sending reports (Weekly/Monthly/Asset Audit).
  • Conducting Assets audit at specific intervals and submit audit reports as per SOP.
  • Liaison Roles:

- Work with PPH & Krishnamrita for Prasadam needs.

- Handle Finance tasks, including credit card settlements and reimbursements and Share periodic reports.

Required Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field.
  • 2+ years in a similar role; strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; basic understanding of finance and IT processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
 

Additional Responsibilities

  • Week Off on Weekdays:

The weekly off will fall on a weekday. Sunday shall be treated as a regular working day, considering temple operations and visitor footfall.
