Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Calling: Initiating calls to potential or existing customers to promote products, services, or generate leads.
  • Customer Support: Handling inbound calls to resolve queries, address complaints, and provide detailed product information.
  • Lead Management: Identifying potential prospects through effective questioning and following up on leads to convert them into sales.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and updated customer databases or CRM systems with call logs and interaction details.

Required Experience and Skills

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; some roles prefer a bachelor's degree in marketing or related fields.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal communication in English and/or regional languages, with a focus on persuasion and active listening.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software and MS Office (especially Excel)
