About the Job
Key Responsibilities
- Administration & Support: Handling incoming/outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls; filing, scanning, photocopying, and managing records.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Managing executive/staff calendars, scheduling meetings, arranging conference rooms, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Communication: Acting as the first point of contact for clients/visitors, preparing memos, reports, and presentations.
- Office Maintenance: Managing office supplies, equipment, and sometimes assisting with basic bookkeeping or expense tracking.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organization: Excellent time management, ability to prioritize tasks, and multitasking.
- Discretion: Ability to handle confidential company information.
- Experience: Previous administrative or receptionist experience is often required
Compulsory Proficiency in Kannada (read, write and speak)
