Key Responsibilities

  • Payroll Administration: Process monthly payroll inputs, including attendance, salary revisions, and variable pay. Calculate and validate deductions, tax obligations, and statutory components.
  • Compliance & Records: Ensure compliance with labor laws, including Shops & Establishment Acts and statutory filings. Maintain accurate, confidential employee personnel files and digital records.
  • Onboarding/Offboarding: Manage the joiner-to-exit process, including onboarding, document verification, and full & final settlements.
  • Employee Support: Act as the point of contact for HR and payroll-related queries, resolving issues within defined timelines.
  • HR Operations Support: Assist with recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
