About the Job

Key Responsibilities

  • Visitor Management: Greeting, checking in, and directing visitors to the appropriate person or department.
  • Communication: Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls, as well as handling emails and inquiries.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Managing calendars, booking conference rooms, and coordinating meetings.
  • Administrative Support: Filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
  • Mail Handling: Receiving, sorting, and distributing daily mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Office Maintenance: Keeping the reception area, lobby, and sometimes, shared office spaces clean and orderly.
