Key Responsibilities
- Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, pricing, and payment terms.
- Procurement Operations: Create, approve, and track purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and inspecting goods for quality.
- Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels (min/max), oversee stock rotation, and prevent overstocking or shortages.
- Financial Performance: Monitor procurement budgets, analyze expenses, and drive cost-saving initiatives.
- Compliance: Ensure all suppliers and products comply with health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Required Experience and Skills
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: 10+ years in purchasing/sourcing within the Food & Beverage or hospitality industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of F&B product quality, market trends, and sourcing.
