About the Job
Key Responsibilities in Vendor Management:
- Supplier Sourcing & Evaluation: Identifying, vetting, and qualifying new vendors based on quality, reliability, and cost criteria.
- Negotiation & Contracting: Negotiating prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules to optimize procurement costs.
- Performance Monitoring: Tracking vendor KPIs (e.g., delivery time, quality standards, accuracy) and addressing issues with underperforming suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 0.5-1 years in procurement, purchasing, or vendor management.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of ERP software, inventory management systems, and MS Excel.
