- Content Creation & Strategy: Developing, editing, and publishing daily, on-brand content (text, image, video).
- Community Management: Engaging with followers, responding to queries, and fostering brand loyalty.
- Analytics & Reporting: Using tools to track metrics (ROI, engagement, reach), analyzing performance, and adjusting strategies.
- Campaign Management: Executing paid and organic social media campaigns.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform-native insights).
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, creativity, and ability to work under pressure.
