As we have understood from the previous article &#8211; <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.iskconbangalore.org\/blog\/the-consciousness-graph\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">The Consciousness Graph<\/a><\/span> \u2013 coming to zero is only a preliminary stage of liberation but beyond the zero exist positive numbers up to infinity.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Types of Mukti<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Mukti begins with zero but exists up to positive infinity. It can be broadly classified into five categories. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>0 \u2013 <em>S\u0101yujya-mukti<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>1 &#8211; <em>S\u0101lokya-mukti&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>2 &#8211; <em>S\u0101r\u016bpya-mukti<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>3 &#8211; <em>S\u0101m\u012bpya-mukti<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>4 &#8211; <em>S\u0101r\u1e63\u1e6di-mukti<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>S\u0101yujya-Mukti<\/em><\/strong>: This type of mukti or liberation is to merge into the existence. Our birth was from the Supreme Absolute. Narayana has got four hands with <em>\u015ba\u1e45kha<\/em> (conch-shell), <em>chakra<\/em> (discus), <em>gad\u0101<\/em> (club) and <em>padma <\/em>(lotus flower). Just like Arjuna. Whenever Lord takes His incarnation, Arjuna is there to accompany. They are never separated. One gets all the opulence as the Lord has got. One becomes as good as Lord; becomes so powerful. This is <em>s\u0101r\u1e63\u1e6di-mukti<\/em>. Bali Maharaja was granted a special planet called Sutala by Lord Vamana, where he enjoyed a great opulence like that of the Lord. Krishna is very kind. <strong>Whatever we want, Krishna will give us, very easily, even mukti.<\/strong> But, He is very strict to give us bhakti. Real mukti means to be situated in bhakti. Krishna, although the Supreme, remains within the grip of the bhaktas. There are different stages of bhaktas, like the Pandavas, but the gopis excel them, and Radharani excels all. He can give mukti very easily. To achieve mukti it is not a very difficult job. As <strong>Bilvamangala Thakura<\/strong> says: <em>mukti\u1e25 svaya\u1e41 mukulit\u0101\u00f1jali\u1e25 sevate &#8216;sm\u0101n: <\/em>For a devotee, <strong>Mukti will stand before him with folded hands.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For a devotee, mukti is not a very great achievement. Mukti means being situated in one&#8217;s constitutional position. The constitutional position of every living being is that of the Lord&#8217;s servant; therefore when a living entity is engaged in the Lord&#8217;s loving service, he has already attained mukti. <strong>Consequently, a devotee does not aspire for mukti, even if it is offered by the Supreme Lord Himself.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/h2>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Knowledge gifts Mukti<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">When we give up our wrong identification with our body and stay in our real identification that &#8220;I am an eternal servant of God, and God is my eternal master,&#8221; this very understanding means mukti. If one thinks that &#8220;I am something of this material world&#8221; or <strong>&#8220;I am God myself,&#8221; There is no question of mukti.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mukti does not take so much time. It doesn&#8217;t even need so many things, one shouldn&#8217;t undergo severe austerities or go to the jungle or the Himalayas and meditate or press one&#8217;s nose. <strong>Simply by understanding a plain thing that \u201cI am a servant of Krishna\u201d \u2014 one is Mukta.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As we see, under different types of mukti except <em>S\u0101yujya-mukti<\/em>, there is an opportunity for a devotee to relate with the Supreme Lord in different rasas, in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iskconbangalore.org\/blog\/why-vaikuntha\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Vaikuntha<\/span><\/a> planets.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>What are these <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iskconbangalore.org\/blog\/rasa-the-essence-of-relationships\/\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Rasas- the essence relationships<\/span><\/a>?
