Common Rules

 
Rules common to all contests:
1. Entry is free for all contests.
2. Last date for submission of entries is July 7th, 2008.
3. Students should show the contest identity card to the security personnel at the Iskcon temple gate to be guided to the HERITAGE FEST REGISTRATION COUNTERS.
4. The contest stage dimension for the entire contest is 12' x 36'. Students are requested to practice accordingly.
5. Judges decision for all contests are final.
6. Prize winners of each of the contests will be announced on the next day of the contest.
7. Attractive prizes will be given away in a special ceremony. Prize winners will be provided an opportunity to exhibit their performance during the ceremony. Parents and teachers are also welcome.
8. Special prizes will be awarded to the top five schools and the teachers who have trained the most number of prize-winning students.
9 Vedic text includes the Bhagavad-gita, Ramayana, Mahabharata and the Purana.
10 A Rolling Trophy will be awarded based on the maximum number of entries in each event and performance in each event.
