- Participants in a team of 3 are allowed.
- Written quiz and oral quiz will be based on Bhagavad-gita As It Is written by His Divine Grace A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada. Other references will be disqualified.
- For contest code 12, higher primary students should refer to chapter 5 & 6 of Bhagavad-gita As It Is.

- Quiz event will be conducted separately for higher primary and high school students.
- Qualifying participants for semifinal oral quiz will be intemeted through their respective schools
- Grand finale will be held on dec 25 , 2008 for both higer primary and high school
- Each participant who qualifies for the grand finale will be gifted on the spot with a Bhagavad-gita book
- A maximum of 150 entries per school in each category.
