(Minimum of 4 singers with 2 accompanying instruments is compulsory) Participants have to select 5 to 8 slokas from Bhagavad-gita As It Is and sing them tuned either to Carnatic or Hindustani music. Participants should submit the slokas along with translation in English or Kannada during the contest. Accompanying instruments (Indian or non-Indian) with artists can be interchanged for different groups. Maximum of 4 minutes for the qualifying round and 6 minutes for the final round. A maximum of 5 entries per school in each category.
