Electronic Kiosk for Complaints / Suggestions

An Electronic Kiosk has been set up at the ISKCON Bangalore Temple Reception
to encourage visitors to register their complaints or suggestions, if any about their experience during their visit to the temple.

This Electronic Kiosk has a touch screen monitor on which different areas of interest have been listed.  The visitors may choose the appropriate category and type in their suggestion /complaint /feedback using the touch screen keyboard. The typed message will directly reach the Temple President, His Grace Madhu Pandit Dasa. He in turn, will forward it to the respective Heads of Departments, instantaneously via e-mail for appropriate action.

If the visitors so desire they may also furnish their name, mobile number, E-mail id. If these are furnished, a reply regarding the action taken or otherwise will be e-mailed to them. However, this is not mandatory.

More such kiosks will be set up at different locations in the temple premises. We urge the visitors to please make use of this facility. This is done with a view to provide a pleasant experience to all visitors to our temple in Bangalore.
