Asthana Vidwan 2010

ISKCON Bangalore’s Krishna Kalakshetra conferred the title Asthana Vidwan on three eminent musicians for their contribution to the preservation of Vedic culture and their service of glorifying Lord Krishna through their talents. Carnatic musician Sangeeta Kalanidhi Dr. R K Srikantan, Violin Maestro Padma Bhushana Dr. L Subramaniam and Saxophone Chakravarti Padmashree Dr. Kadri Gopalnath were awarded on the occasion of Sri Krishna Janmashtami this year. The award was presented by Sri Madhu Pandit Dasa, President, ISKCON Bangalore.
